We take responsibility - and we do so with conviction.
What does responsibility mean?
Sustainability management for the entire Otto Group - our declared responsibility in corporate responsibility - is based on the vision and mission.
This includes stakeholder and issue management as well as representing the Group in social dialog processes. These culminate in the provision of advice and support to Group companies, the Executive Board and Supervisory Board Chairmen on sustainability issues. The tasks are rounded off by internal and external controlling and reporting.
This is how we work in the area of corporate responsibility
You work in a network across departmental boundaries in a team with multi-layered competencies, for example as a project manager, consultant, strategist, database developer or technical expert. You and your colleagues are motivated by an enthusiasm for sustainable business.
Do you share this passion? Then you've come to the right place. We expect you to think ahead in big picture terms and have a deep understanding of the market and business model, as we need to "connect" everywhere in line with our vision - and to be network-oriented, a strong communicator, empathetic, persuasive, forward-looking and cognitively strong.
