Favorite places at the OTTO Group Campus
Whether for fresh air, short meetings or inspiring conversations - the right places in the workplace can make all the difference. The Otto Group Campus offers numerous spots that not only invite you to feel good, but also promote concentration, enable exchange and provide new energy. But which places really get our colleagues into the flow? We asked: Birgit, Timon, Ariadne, Jesper and Felix show us their personal favorite places on campus - and tell us how these places enrich their everyday working lives.
Start the day in the sun - a productive morning flow on the boulevard

Hi, I'm Birgit and I work as Topic Lead Technical Writing at OTTO. One of my favorite places is this cozy seating area on the boulevard. I like to sit here in the sun in the morning and start my working day in the fresh air. I really enjoy that! I also have a great view of the boulevard from here and the chance to chat spontaneously with colleagues.
Fresh air for fresh ideas on the outdoor terrace of our canteen

My name is Timon and I work as a Sales Marketer at OTTO Advertising. One of my absolute favorite places on our campus is the outdoor terrace of our canteen. When summer arrives and I need a break from the office routine, the outdoor terrace is the ideal place to get some fresh air and soak up some vitamin D. I highly recommend enjoying your lunch break on the terrace with a Fritz Kola.
Agile spaces - where good ideas are created more easily

Hi, I'm Felix! I'm training as an IT specialist for application development at OTTO. One of my absolute favorite places at our headquarters is the Agile Spaces. Whether for stand-ups, workshops or creative team meetings, the open atmosphere creates space for dynamic exchange. I particularly appreciate the view of the countryside and over Hamburg, which really opens up my mind and gives me new food for thought.
Switch off in the park and recharge

Hi, I'm Ari and I work as Team Lead Risk Management at the OTTO marketplace. My favorite place on campus is the so-called "park". It's a small, quiet corner with beautiful greenery. You can sit here comfortably and spend your lunch break outside. For me, it's the ideal place to switch off and start the afternoon with new energy!
Game on, stress off - in our social spaces

Hi, I'm Jesper! I'm studying Business Administration and work as a dual student at OTTO. My favorite place is the MEER social space in our OTTO headquarters, which is beautifully furnished and offers comfortable seating that is perfect for chatting. I like to meet up with other students or colleagues there to relax after work with a game of table tennis or table football. Apart from that, the social space is also great for events such as the annual trainee warm-up to meet new people and sit together in a cozy atmosphere.
