Perfect start to your apprenticeship
We recently invited our new trainees to the OTTO headquarters for a "Azubi-Warm-Up". On 01.09.2025 they will finally start their apprenticeship or dual study program!
But what exactly is the "Azubi-Warm-Up"?
A few months before the official start of training, we invite our future first-year trainees to an exciting get-together. Here they have the opportunity to get to know the Otto Group campus, exchange ideas with trainees from other years and meet our dedicated training team. In this way, they can reduce their uncertainties and make valuable initial contacts before the start of their training.
And how did it all go?
The afternoon began with a relaxed get-to-know-you session, followed by an exciting rally where the new trainees could playfully explore our campus and headquarters. The day ended with a dinner together in a relaxed atmosphere.
And what was the first impression of our new trainees? One voice from fresher circles sums it up well: “The campus is so cool. I'm sure I'll feel at home here during my apprenticeship!”.
